Made in collaboration with Gargiulo, \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSyrenum\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e is an extra virgin olive oil from the Penisola Sorrentina, cold extracted and presented in a one-liter tin with an original label created from my artwork.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI wanted the packaging to feel less like something destined for the pantry and more like an object brought home from a beautiful trip, the kind of thing you leave on the kitchen counter because you actually want to look at it.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAnd that is exactly how I use it. Mornings started with a few tablespoons with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Poured generously over tomatoes and good bread, whisked into a simple dressing, finished over vegetables, or placed directly on the table when friends come for dinner. It is not precious olive oil meant to be saved.
