St. Barths Beach Painting was inspired by the quiet palette of the island in winter when the light softens and the colors of sea and sky blur together. Layers of blues, lavenders, and pale whites move across the surface like reflections shifting across water.
Loose gestures and softened edges allow the composition to hover between landscape and abstraction. The painting captures the atmosphere of the shoreline rather than a specific place, the way light, water, and sky fold into one another along the coast.
Part memory, part sensation, the work reflects the calm rhythm of island mornings and the subtle color shifts that define the Caribbean light.
