A set of six Italian glasses inspired by the colors of the sea: cobalt, Mediterranean blue, watery clear glass, and shades of green that shift beautifully in the light.
Rather than six identical glasses, La Mer is my answer to setting a table with pieces that belong together without perfectly matching. The variation gives the collection the feeling of glassware gathered over summers and travels, easy, colorful, and wonderfully unfussy.
I imagine these on a long lunch table near the water, filled with sparkling water, wine, or an aperitivo, sunlight passing through the glass and casting little pools of color across the table.
