Rather than producing something new, this ongoing project celebrates exceptional pieces that have quietly slipped out of view, objects discovered while sourcing for clients, traveling, or collecting over the years that still possess remarkable craftsmanship, character, and presence.

This handmade Italian ceramic vase is one of those pieces. Finished in a rich golden ochre glaze with sculptural cypress trees wrapping its surface, it feels unmistakably Tuscan. The form is both graphic and organic, equally compelling with a few branches, a single stem, or standing entirely on its own as sculpture.
