Sarah Bahbah has an uncanny ability to photograph the emotional atmosphere surrounding a moment rather than the moment itself. NYE captures the beautiful chaos of youth: champagne bottles passed between friends, the glamour of getting dressed up, and the strange mix of celebration and vulnerability that often accompanies the end of one year and the beginning of another.
