Island Morning captures the quiet stillness just after sunrise along the coast. A soft sky opens above low, dark horizons while fields of luminous yellow reflect across the landscape below.
Loose, gestural brushwork allows the terrain to emerge gradually, part memory, part atmosphere. Subtle touches of coral and grey move through the surface like shifting light across the shoreline.
