The Afterglow of a Very Special Week

This week felt like a gift. I had the unique pleasure of hosting an artist dinner at the gallery with each guest, menu item and place setting selected through my lens of curator. The alchemy of each conversation, the rain that can only come down as deluge in spring in New England that was everywhere, a thoughtful meal and all the meaningful interactions that made this possible from procuring wine and food from local purveyors to working with my friend and stylist, Natalie Roy, to curate the Forgotten Island vases and flowers- all the details amounted into something really special. The results were pure magic- thank you to those who joined us around the table and everyone that put a mark on the canvas of beauty to make it extraordinary.

The energy from the dinner carried into the show’s opening this weekend filling the gallery with joy, laughter, and a few quiet moments spent with new collectors and dear friends I have not seen in ages. There is nothing quite like the community we have all built here together.

We still have a beautiful selection of artwork available from the exhibition, Mother, May I?, including a curated collection of Forgotten Island dinnerware and glassware- that I completely forgot to get online… very Forgotten Island of me, but I’ll get them up and send a note this week so be sure to check your inbox.

Later this week I’m off to New York City for a full schedule of design events, sourcing adventures, and a few social affairs that are sure to spark new ideas. I’ll be visiting favorite haunts and discovering new treasures and if you’ve been craving something specific for your home or space, now is the perfect time to reach out. I’m always happy to keep you in mind while I’m sourcing.

I’m also excited to officially launch Creative Curation a new way to work together, wherever you are. It’s a 90-minute one-on-one Zoom session designed to help you create, refine, or elevate your space, brand, or lifestyle. Whether you’re dreaming of a room refresh, preparing for a beautiful gathering, or ready to bring more intention to your day-to-day life, this session is a powerful place to begin. After our call, you’ll receive a personalized design package complete with moodboards, sourcing links, and thoughtful guidance to bring your vision into focus. Treat yourself to the beautiful life you've been dreaming of with this unique experience.

And finally, I’m creating something truly special, an art from NYC drop, part sketchbook, part sourcing log, part personal city guide. This limited-edition offering is a post-trip memento of my time in the city. Think of it as a love letter to beauty and place, seen through my lens, and made just for you. There are a couple of options including one with a handmade one of a kind art insert… I am always buying these types of publications from brands I love and I’m thrilled to be doing one now with my own work. I can’t wait to share it with you! Preorder your sketchbook here.

A very Happy Mother's Day +
Happy weekend from our family to yours!
