I have positively loved being in the gallery over the holiday weekend - it may have been a bit chilly, but it was all color and sunshine indoors. It’s been incredible to connect with so many of you - old friends and new, friends from afar and just down the road. It’s been a little bit of a homecoming and it’s just what I needed.

It feels like a continuation of the creative client dinner at the gallery, a dreamy evening that sparked magic in every corner. After receiving several inquiries about these intimate events, I'm delighted to share that these special gatherings are available to book through the gallery. There's something extraordinary about hosting these dinners - the way conversation flows naturally, how ideas spark between guests, and how art becomes a living presence in our midst.

I'm finding myself drawn more and more to creating these experiential moments. They allow us to connect more deeply, to share stories, and to truly celebrate the intersection of art, community, and living beautifully. All things I am working on with my new On Holiday project, the first of which I will be sharing here in Newport this summer. Being in the city for a New York minute during design week was incredible and staying at The Hotel Chelsea was the crown jewel. I had stayed there ages ago, but a big budget renovation with lots of historical and creative intention, it is a masterpiece. Don’t worry, the storied ghosts are still there, only now surrounded in glorious design details. I’m so happy to celebrate not only this trip, but my true love of New York City with my first In Residence printing - part story book, part sketch book and lots and lots of details about my favorite parts of the city - will be out later this summer. There’s still time to pre order your copy here.

Speaking of celebration, The Summer Shop is coming alive with daily deliveries that embody the spirit of warm days ahead. Think elegant picnic baskets filled with everything needed for the perfect Aperitivo along the coastline, statement sun hats for sunnier days, and carefully curated essentials for beach adventures and al fresco dinners. I have a vision for the gallery this summer and it is bright.

I'm particularly thrilled to share the first pieces of An Unusual Lifestyle - sweatshirts and baseball hats in an array of colors - will be arriving in the gallery any day. These pieces are more than just clothing; they're wearable expressions of the creative spirit I am eternally seeking. With numerous projects launching online (some already available for you to explore), it's been a wonderfully inspiring time. I hope you'll join us, whether in person at the gallery or or here online, to be part of this colorful journey.

Newport is officially bunny island with so many happy bunnies everywhere! Somehow I got on Matthew McConaughey’s newsletter where he sends these short youtube updates. This is my kind of activism. I cannot tell you how much I love this series, the man has outdone himself. If you’re thinking about working together, I have two openings available for commissions and I highly recommending booking time where we can work on a specific project, idea or creative concept you’ve been dreaming about - I am so happy this is resonating with so many of you. It’s been a delight connecting with you!

Happy weekend from our family to yours!
