Sunday Night Digest 10/19/25

Sunday Night Digest 10/19/25

Digest = me + a possible glass of wine + reflection the previous weeks ongoings and a glimpse into future happenings. You're Welcome.

This week was living my most extraordinary life producing a photoshoot at my all time favorite client home design project. There’s something both fulfilling and inspiring about capturing all the details and revisiting all the design choices, artwork and the finer details, almost like seeing old friends. It really does remind me of the extent of work I do on any given project… or day?! I’m still on cloud nine thinking about all the vignettes and scenes we put together and the creative conversations I got to be a part of all week long with such an exceptional team of talent. It will be a moment before I share these images, but be assured you will see them in future and it will be worth the wait, just like an incredibly designed space made with care.

This week I’m creating a color profile for a private client’s holiday home at the beach and wrapping up a commission for a lovely couple on the coast of Florida and I am always amazed by my color stories and subtle through-lines from one project to another even though they could not be further from one another! Almost like my signature has been thread from one obsession to another, all one language, just applied differently.

I am in love with these amaryllis and leucadendron pompom from Wild Season and these marble coasters in a set. I’m back on my book stack styling in a big way lately and Rothko, Monet / Rothko and AD at Home, Amy Astley’s new delicious tome, have inspired me to reignite my Coffee Table Book Club that so many of us were in love with a couple of years ago. And this of course is my first stack back.

This photograph, Marina Piccola Ciro in this larger than life size, has been the favorite in the gallery - is it because we are feeling summer in New England is finally coming to a close! or is it just a special piece? I think two things can be true. Plus I hear the photographer is really cute. This photo and more online here. If it’s available, it’s printed and framed in the gallery and if it’s noted as out of stock, drop me a note for options. We still print some of these on occasion.

There is ONE single Lost In Paradise candle left, guys, I have tears over this, thank you so much for showing up on this fragrance. It is simply intoxicating. I am working on a new collection and I’ll see if I can do a few more like this for the holidays… but for now, there’s one for the taking.

I guess all good things come to an end as Lost In Paradise, the show, is closing after next weekend. I do hope you get a chance to stop in and have a look as it is such a transformation from our summer shop and there is so much to marvel at around every corner. I think there will be some things to see after the closing and before the holiday shop opens later in November… so many exciting things on the horizon.

See more of the show here, or better yet, make an appointment and come see me before the show closes October 27. Text 401 684-0211
